Don't order through Macys

I never received the boots, and UPS tracking showed they were returned and received by the sender the day they were to be delivered to me. Tracking shows no attempt to deliver to my address. UPS was useless and said to contact sender; ups is not responsible. A nice customer service rep from Macys said a refund would be issued. But so far , I have received nothing. I have no idea if the boots are any good, but I would not order through Macy's again.
