ZIpper issues - not for rain boots

Zipper issues- the worst customer service with Macys. These boots are sold through Macys but it is reallty a 3rd party seller. I have been waiting 40+ days for the refund. I tried to return in the Macys store and was told becuase it was a Marketplace 3rd party cannot do it in the store. I would never shop at Macys because they use all the 3rd party sellers and still waiting for my retund. when you call Macys every Supervisor gives another story - promises credit and never happens. Very disappointed.
