don’t waste your money you won’t get what you orde

wrong item sent Macy’s refused to make it right. Macy said because this was a third-party item that it was not their problem and they could not make it right. I was supposed to receive a Christmas present for my husband and I was sent a facial steamer. The third-party would not respond to me until after Christmas and Macy said that it really wasn’t their issue and they were sorry, but they’re not responsible for items that are listed on their site that aren’t actually theirs. I will never shop here again. I didn’t really have the money to buy another Christmas present for my husband, but I absolutely had to since there was no other recourse. Macy’s is a terrible place to do business. All they care about is taking your money and if you’re screwed, that’s OK by them.
