Wonderful post-workout
This is a smaller version of the gun like massage thing that you might see in a high end exercise facility. This is an at-home use one and works pretty good. Obviously the larger ones at the fitness studio are more powerful but for an affordable at home option this is pretty great. A great additional to the post-workout recovery tool kit. It works like a jackhammer punching the massage head into the muscle. I like it on my calves and hamstrings and allows the tight muscle to release. Throw in an epsom-salt bath afterwards, crawl into bed and wake up feeling ready to go.
