The plant came like almost died and after the week it died , so sad ! Never buy online again

the placement in the box was not cared for

It was placed without care in the shipping box it was head to head with another plant! It looked almost dead and the leaves were no longer attached to the stem.

Can't handle winter shipping

it's an awesome plant, but mine didn't survive winter shipping. Others in the box were mostly fine, but this one was clearly frozen. The nursery didn't have any extra packaging beyond regular brown paper. It WAS well wrapped and packaged nicely but this plant is too delicate for winter shipping with some kind of extra help.
