I never got my package

I been trying to contact the seller and no response , the tracking said it was delivered but I never receive my package . I bought 2 shirts , a sweater and the lunch box only the lunch box I received but the other purchases I didn’t also I never got a refund . It’s been more than 2 weeks now since I contacted macys and the seller and they seem not to care . I don’t recommend this product …
