Cal King not King

My wife loves this comforter BUT it’s a Cal King NOT a King. The picture shows the comforter laying over the side of the bed but on our bed it barely covers over the side. It’s longer but not as wide. So the “King” part is wrong on the advertisement. Now we are deciding whether to send it back or not.
