Haven’t received it

It’s hard to review an item when I haven’t received it. Called Macys and they said it hasn’t arrived yet. Have no idea what is going on. Very disappointed as this was a special Christmas gift

item is soft and cozy. unfortunately it sheds everywhere. I have washed my clothes numerous times and I am still unable to get the fuzz off of them. will be returning.
