Loose stones in 2 rings!

Bought this for Christmas for my daughter. Beautiful ring, good sale price. After wearing it about 5 times , a peridot fell off. Lucky for me it was under warranty. Returned it, got another one exactly the same. Left it in the box and put it away . A few weeks later I went to take it out and one of the stones had fallen off !! In the box, never worn with tags still on. Returned it and got a refund .
