misleading, 9 days to ship, price

I bought for 400.00. I finally receive 9 days later and the price is now on sale for 200.?? I the photo makes the necklace look beautiful, but it’s so small that I’m too embarrassed to give for birthday gift! Customer Service doesn’t understand math either! Cancelling my card. Only gave a star because I had to
