terrible service

This review is for Macy's, not the product in question, since I haven't received it yet. I was supposed to receive the package on june 16 for my son to wear to his graduation but as of today, july 3rd , it still hasn't arrived. I can't request a refund because I still don't have the package, and they don't give me the option to cancel the order, nor do I get my money back, nor the product.
