Suit came used

Suit came used with sweat stains all over the white shirt and Macys refused to refund me.

Do not buy from Macys!!! Horrible customer service

The product itself is nice…but Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 suit sets and only received 1 in the box. I called Macys customer service and they are not willing to ship a replacement or give me a credit. I have been a customer for 20+ years. Macys is simply a distributor, any issues have to be dealt with the vendor of the product itself. Macys is going down the drain with their customer service and lack of product availability.

Perry Ellis blue suit

Looked great on my grandson, but the pants where to big so I have to return it.

Not a quality suit for this price

Ordered this suit in a few sizes. The size 7 was too big, the size 5 is bigger than the size 7, and size 6 is a completely different style. The size 6 has an elastic waist line in the back, shorter legs, different material, gray on the vest and although it "fits better" the dye from the suit jacket is all over the white shirt and the shirt and tie both defective and have pulls in the material. Not the quality that I expected from Perry Ellis or Macy's.

Wrong color

This looked like such a well made, tailored suit for my son to wear as a ring bearer in an upcoming wedding. It fit my son perfectly per the size chart. I was happy with the quality, but so disappointed that the wrong color was sent 3 TIMES. After speaking with customer service, Macy’s told me they would contact the vendor and alert them of the issue and have them send the right one. They sent it..and it was the wrong color again. Unfortunately, we are out of time and need to find one that will match the groomsmen. So disappointed and frustrated! Buyer beware- the medium gray gets swapped out for dark Grey.. even the item number is right on the label. It’s a warehouse issue.

Returning not good quality at all

This suit looks very cheap! The suit also has a wierd smell! I will be returning as soon as the holiday rush settles down.. i ordered this one and a black one that macys had on sale and u ended up paying less $30.00 for and it was gorgeous!
