Cologne great inside package damaged

I do not have complains about the cologne, but the inside packaging of the gift set is completely damaged. It looks old and it was torn. I have never received packaging like this from Macys. This is a gift so I am extremely disappointed since I cannot gift a present like this.

The inner container was broken, it looks old and half of the cologne was missing. I wanted it for a gift but indisputably I won't be able to anymore. Total disappointment

Used cologne bottle

My box was opened half the bottle was empty I see fingerprints all over the bottle it’s absolutely disgusting the little bottle was flying in the back of the plastic loose … highly don’t recommend buying it from Macys !

Poor packaging for delivery

Packaging was poor all my items were scattered outside of the gift box, it looked like they were just tossed in the box without consideration of my items being damaged.
