Perry Ellis long sleeve mock neck charcoal sweater

I never received the Perry Ellis Long sleeve mock neck charcoal sweater that I ordered. I did receive and email confirming that the sweater had been delivered, but it was not delivered to my house. I called customer service and they said they would send out a replacement. Then shortly after speaking with them I receive an email saying I was going to be receiving a refund instead of a replacement since they were out of stock. Not happy since I ordered it with a dress jacket to wear to Christmas Eve service.
