Macys Charged Me Money Not To Deliver My Order

I needed this item for an event (obviously the stores no longer carry anything for bigger folks) and paid extra for 2-day shipping. After like a week, they refunded me for the belt... but not the shipping. So I paid extra for the privilege of not getting the item I needed. Can't get ahold of anyone in customer service, so I guess my next call will be to cancel my account. I've been a loyal Meier & Frank / Macy's card holder since I was 18... shame that this is how they lose my business.
