Macy's shipped our entire order to the wrong address, and initially said that they could make it right, but now is denying our request, and given we made the purchase on a Macy's card it is a lot more complex to resolve. A couple of lessons learned - never use the Macy's card at Macys if you may need to cancel payment, and more importantly shop somewhere else!!!
