Shipment Issue

Ordered 2 pair of pants. One started in Miami, I live in SC, and yet the tracking of that package says it is going to Hillsburough, OR. Realizing it is the Christmas shipping rush, however, this is a major snafu on the part UPS. Both packages were promised before Christmas, however, that is now all for Naught!!!!
