I ordered this shirt to go with sleeping pants. My husband wears a Large and I ordered a Large. The fabric reminds me of an athletic shirt, it is form fitting. Size up if you prefer a looser fit. He finds it comfortable and it doesn’t restrict. It’s good for sleeping.
