Oh well!

My delivery date was changed three times for unknown reasons. Box was partially ripped open. However most importantly, the carryon luggage was the wrong color. I ordered black but received gray. Just saying.

Broke!

I just packed in this for a two week vacation, picked it up to carry it down the stair and it broke instantly. Both handles on the outside of the bag busted. So disappointed
