Both times received wrong color of dress. Beautiful dress wish I could have received the right color!

Horrible sent WRONG COLOR

I will never ever ever ever purchase anything from this company. This is complete stupidity. I ordered black and they sent me blue. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

Wrong color delivered directly from company

Ordered a BLACK dress and received a PALE BLUE dress delivered from Petal & Pup. Since the item did NOT Match my order, I had yo ship back directly to company. Waited 2 weeks for refund. Unreliable company.. do not recommend

Sent wrong color. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Hahah so many ladies getting the wrong color. Couldn’t believe that a company would be that incompetent, but apparently it is.

Be aware!!!

I ordered the dress through Macys online in BLACK. The dress arrived in PALE BLUE. Upon attempting to return to the store, I was informed that this was a 3rd party vendor. Since the dress I was returning was not what I ordered, I could not return it at the store. Macys store personnel instructed me to go back to my order and click” report a problem “. From there I would get a return label and have to ship it back to the vendor directly, After the vendor received the dress, my refund would be paid. I was not aware of this. I could have returned the dress at the store if the dress matched my order, but since it was not the same as what I ordered, it had to be returned directly to the seller. I clicked report a problem and call for Macys customer service. The customer service person was very helpful and sent the report with a request for a refund and the shipping label. All I had to do was package the dress and drop it off for shipping. I received my refund in about 2 weeks.

Sent the Wrong Color But Too Late to Return

I also ordered Black and received the baby blue. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag right away, and now I can no longer return it, and the Black is not available in my size. Not a great customer experience, and it sounds like this has happened to several customers.
