Size Up - Dress Has a Zipper Closure

I had to return the dress. It's beautiful but runs small.

Sizing was so off

I ordered a small, which is my usual petal size. I have several size small dresses from P&P that fit great. I could not zip this over my bust (I’m only a small c), and the dress gaped around the waist and hips, so I doubt a medium would have worked. I would need to have it altered and take in at least 4 inches from the hip area. Shame because it’s so pretty.
