Confused

I never had the chance to actually put on the dress. The straps around the neck was very confusing and I couldn’t figure out how to get it around or over my neck to try it on. After about ten mins between me and roommate trying to figure it out, I got frustrated and took the dress off. I’m returning it back to the seller.

Overall, I really like this

Overall, I really like this dress and feel like it’s good quality for the price! This is perfect to have on hand for weddings and I look forward to wearing it!
