Need to make the hole for the head bigger?

I am a C/D cup and usually a size Large so I ordered this dress is L and XL. The dress part fit fine but I could not fit my arm and head through the hole of the dress? The XL was better but the part around my neck to armpit was so tight that I can’t imagine anyone who is actually a L/XL wearing it comfortably. I am not sure if I got a defective one or this is how they are made but I was very disappointed with the dress construction. I just kept thinking the model in the picture has a larger chest than me I have no idea how she got the dress over her head?

Beautiful but it didn’t fit

Not worth the price

Pretty design but the top part of the dress looks faded because the pleats stretch out so the color is not as vibrant as the rest of the dress. The fabric quality is not as good as I expected for the price. If you are 5’ tall this dress is too long even if you order XXS since it’s not petite.
