Red dress bare shoulders knit long sleeves midi.

The dress was supposed to shoe bare shoulders, instead it was high up to the collar , I tried stretching it to bare my shoulders but unfortunately it was useless, it stayed up close to my neck….very disappointed ….epic failure in this couture.
