Taking to national pageant with the romper I forgot that matches! So pretty!

Runs Very Small

This skirt is so beautiful, but it does not run TTS. I wear a small in all pants and skirts, and I had about 3" of space in the zipper before I could zip it up. I would need at least a medium, and probably a large, to fit the waist in this skirt.
