Cute and true to size

Cute dress. The tie around the waist is detachable, so if you wanted to wear this as a flowier dress, you could. You could also wear it strapless by tying the top tie in a bow in the front. It's a little more highlighter yellow than pictured, in my opinion. I like that this dress is versatile and am excited to wear it!
