Irksome sleeve length

I absolutely love the style and and feel of this blouse - especially the flair at the sleeves. However, the elastic hits at a spot on my wrists that I know would drive me crazy. What's more annoying though, is that this blouse is not offered in a regular size, which I was hoping would provide a longer sleeve. Sadly, I will return it.
