Wrong item sent!

VERY disappointed at Macy’s that they advertised for a Peugeot suitcase and sent a Delsey suitcase. And it’s half the price: https://us.delsey.com/products/402181828-rempart-large-trunk-expandable-spinner?variant=46142741381343. I was also looking for luggage that doesn’t have a zipper closure, and this one is with zipper closure. I saw a different post stating the my received the wrong product and thought it was a one time thing. I will be returning ASAP.

Looks and substance

It’s very stylish with a strong lock system. Handle, wheels, locks - everything has held up well after a couple of international trips - one in check in, one in carry on. I took one star off because the outside scratches more easily than expected for the price point.

Appears Solid

Not many reviews so here are my thoughts. I have the Red one. The red is not bright red, it's more like a Red/Orange IMO. It is a perfect Trunk size luggage for 2+ week trips. It closes and seals tight. Locks well except you need to be careful not to catch the internal zipper when it's closed. Wheels look a little ify, but the 10 year warranty apparently covers the wheels AND shipping to a repair shop. I would keep the box in the attic in case you need to send it in, and be sure to keep the receipt. There was already scratches on mine, as if it was returned. Internally, the space is good. The latches feel good. For some reason, the lining is missing the zipper grips to open the lining up. Weird. Overall, I like the color, size and the fact it has no external zippers
