My Pfaltzgraff Bella dishes arrived with many pieces broken. Macy’s is sending out a replacement order right away. I love the dishes. Hoping for better delivery this time. I appreciate Macy’s no hassle replacement!

Beautiful and easy replacement process for damage

poorly packaged and fragile

I purchased in August and put away as a Christmas present. 2 out of 4 plates and 2 out of 4 bowls were broken. There was no packaging between outer plate or bowl and the box so they were damaged. In addition these are not my mother’s Pfaltzicraft, they are extremely fragile.
