The dinnerware itself looks great. One plate did come broken. And it was confusing to get it resolved.

1 broken plate

i love the dinnerware. The problem is one of the dinner plates was broken when i opened it. How do i get a replacement plate?

Cute but broken

Got these to give as a present. Assumed Macy's would ship these and maintain the quality I am used to receiving from them, but 2 of the plates were broken. Since they were a gift I did not open them so I didn't have to re-box and wrap, but I should have. Thirty days have passed so probably can't do anything, but this is surely not the packing or quality I expect from Pfaltzgraff or Macy's. Do not recommend if shipping. So sad!

Beautiful dinnerware but 2 pieces were scratched(chipped). Not worth returning but disappointed in the handling.

Adorable set, arrived broken

I absolutely loved this set, but all 3 boxes I ordered had broken dishes in them. Box should be labeled as fragile. Also they do not stack well for storage.
