Pfaltzgraff dishes

Wish I could give a good rating, but this is the 2nd time, and may I say, the last time I order anything breakable from Macy's. The last Lenox 4-piece place setting I ordered arrived last week with 2 broken dishes; the Pfaltzgraff Haisley 12 pc service for 4 that arrived today had 3 broken dishes. Whenever I have ordered glasses, dishes et al from other sources, they arrive so well packed that it seems to take an enormous amount of time just to unpack.

They are beautiful, casual, and sturdy

Several pieces of this set were broken would like to exchange at the price I originally paid not given that option

I really love my new Haisley dinnerware set! My only wish is if they had smaller dessert plates and dessert plates to go with the set. Can you please make some?

Bowls came Broken

These dishes are very thin and fragile. Not what you’d expect. One bowl arrived with a chip still trying to figure out the return process

Quality Dishes

Many dishes say they are microwave but they get so hot; these stayed warm to the touch while the food was hot. Most dishes get chipped while reluctantly dishes are done; so far so good. I’d buy them again.
