Beautiful dishes at first but they scratch easily and they ARE NOT MICROWAVE SAFE. The microwave will turn the color to an ugly yellow/brown hue. Do not use in the microwave!

Don’t microwave them
Not impressed. Not microwave safe at all. I first thought is was a defective batch of small plates and ordered replacements. Now the bowls are doing it. I purchased 2 set at full price and replacement plates at sell price, what a waste. Will not purchase again from this company.

Beautiful Plateware/Horrendous Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s customer service in how they responded to one of the mugs being defective. My issue was not resolved. I was told over the phone initially that the mug would be replaced. The next day I get an e-mail that my entire place setting is being refunded, and I needed to return it to the store. So, I had to reach out to customer service again. I elected to reach out via chat this second round as there was definitely a language barrier the first time when I called. In sum, this round of working on a resolution, after I demanded to be connected to a supervisor, led to me being told that there was isn’t anything he could do. I could return the entire place setting, which I had unpacked and put up based on my phone call with customer service two days prior, watch for when the place setting was back in stock, and they would allow me to buy it for the same price that I bought it at during their Black Friday sale. This is horrendous customer service. If I could go without the place setting, I would not have purchased it initially. It was also explained that their system misinformed them that they had items to replace my defective mug. Macy’s, this has put a very bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know if I will ever shop here again.
