Terrible On line purchase

Shorts are not as advertised. Waist doesnt have expander panels, just dome elastic. Also, there was no mention that i couldnt return them when i did the on line purchase. It was only stated on the receipt AFTER i processed the purchase! If i cant return, this will be my final Macy's purchase, ever!!! I have been a Macy's customer for 50 years, and this is the worst transaction and treatment I have experienced!
