DISAPPOINTED- DOESN'T WORK

I was excited to finally be able to get an automatic espresso machine. I was hesitant with Philips as I know Breville and other brands have better reputations. The machine turns on but does not function properly. It does not make any coffee of any kind. About a 1/4 cup of straight water comes out. This is an automatic espresso machine for goodness sake. Shouldn't be this difficult and instructions are lacking. What a hassle and disappointment.

PIECE OF TRASH! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO USE IT. RETURNING IMMEDIATELY! COFFEE GROUNDS STUCK AND MUDDY ALTHROUGH MACHINE! DOES NOT EVEN POUR ANY AORT OF COFFEE.

Easy to clean with built in grinder

I never had a coffee machine like this and I’m super impressed. I had to watch a few videos online to lean how to use it. I like the brewing and the grinding process all built in to the machine. The machine is of very good quality and it is also easy to clean. I love all the options to make my coffee and depending on what I’m in the mood for I like that I have the ability to make anything.

I feel so fancy.

I love this coffee machine! I'm really enjoying the variety of choices. I have with just a push of a button. It’s great for both single servings and multiple cups. So far so good. I feel like a professional batista lol. The machine isn't very loud and it seems to be very high quality. It's very lightweight to be a fancy coffee machine. I have gained a new love for coffee making. I'm a frappe espresso machine. Btw very easy clean up.

Best Five in One automatic espresso machine out th

I’ve been using the Philips series 3300 automatic espresso maker for a few weeks and it’s worth every cent. It’s super high quality, durable but also slim profile that fits on any countertop. The level of customization in which you can make coffee is great. Espresso, hot coffee, iced coffee, cappuccinos, and more. The frother worked perfectly and the nozzle comes off as a bonus for easy cleaning. Best one stop shop for in home coffee lovers!

Great coffee & easy to clean!

I am obsessed with this espresso machine. The bean hopper has a great lid that seals well to keep the coffee beans fresh. The spout where the coffee comes out can move up and down to accommodate different sized cups. It is pretty quick, maybe takes one minute to heat up. It also does a pre-rinse where it lets some water out to clean out the spout, which was super nice. It is a little on the loud side, but I’ve had another espresso machine that was louder. I’d say it’s nothing out of the norm from a sound level perspective. It is sooooo easy to clean and a lot of pieces are dishwasher safe. I would highly recommend.

Easy to use and maintain !

First of all, I received this Phillips Automatic Espresso machine at no charge in exchange for my candid opinion. Well, it makes a fabulous espresso or latte and is super easy to use and maintain! The instructions are a little cryptic but there are a number of YouTube videos out there if you have difficulty with the no language, illustration only type instructions. The machine takes a little bit of usage to figure out that it’s going to self clean whenever you turn it on or off which it will do on its own and you can adjust that time. You just don’t want a cup of espresso under the spouts when it does as it will dilute and ruin your drink. All in all it is a wonderful machine. I do find myself making more espresso than before and it’s because it is so easy and the results so good. Great product!
