I have been wanting to get a set of headphones for a while so I really enjoy these. I like their little storage keys and they are very easy to use. They were quick and easy to set up and I’ve had no problems with them so far

Excellent Quality
Very happy with my Philips True Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones. Clear and detailed instructions and were easy to set up and connect to my Smart TV and Smart Phone. Excellent sound and the noise cancellation feature is awesome! Highly recommend!

Good sound, bad fit.
Phillips True Wireless Ear Buds have great features and great sound quality. I love that they are waterproof. That they recharge in their own case. That when one ear bud slips out that it pauses your music. And that you can answer phone calls with crystal clear clarity with a quick touch.. But I have to give it 3 stars because, even with the smallest cushions on them, they continually fall out of my ears. When running, they fall out, when I look down, they fall out. They just do not stay in my ears unless I am sitting down and looking straight ahead. This to me defeats the purpose. I like to use earbuds while working out and doing house work, but these are continually falling out. Which is a shame because everything else is really great.

Excellent quality, excellent battery life.
These wireless earbuds came in nice packaging that was well secured. THEY ARE GREAT! The sound is good. The Volume is good. The Battery Life is fantastic . These by far are the best i have owned. They are simple to pair with any device, a simple touch can accomplish any function neccessary. Overall an awesome, stylish, impressive set of earbuds, Would absolutely recommend!

Comfortable ear buds with crisp, clear sound
I’ve been using these true wireless headphones for a few weeks now during house cleaning, exercising, and just everyday activities in general. I am impressed with the clear sound quality and just the right amount of bass for my listening needs. Setup was very easy with my smartphone and the included directions were easy to understand and follow. I followed the instructions step by step and was able to begin using these headphones in as little as 2 hours after charging. I can listen to my favorite music while exercising and not have to worry about them falling out of my ears or worrying about sweat or rain destroying them. They are water-resistant and come with 3 different sizes of ear-tips for the perfect comfortable fit. I love that I can also use them for phone calls as well. The active noise canceling technology is a great feature to have so that unwanted sounds won’t interfere with your music listening. I can easily listen to music, take a phone call, skip music tracks, and activate voice assistant quickly and easily. These headphones are stored in their case for easy travel as well. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Just OK
If you are not a tech savvy person, you may find these Philips True wireless headphones to be as confusing as I have found them to be. First off they are not "headphones"they are ear buds. Secondly, the paper pamphlets included in the box are pretty much useless to a novice bluetooth user. The print is too tiny to read without a magnifying glass and Philips includes way too many different languages on the paperwork. I had to scan the papers to find the info in English, only to learn that aside from warnings, there is little information regarding the features offered & how to perform the basic steps. They include an illustrated piece of paper that is supposed to be self explanatory, but without including typed verbiage, it only left me more confused. Had to go to the website to download the manual so I could find the info I was looking for. BTW: these series 4000 earbuds are model # TAT4506 which is info you will need to find the proper manual on the website. It's printed on the box, but not in a way that it's easily seen. I don't use my phone to access the internet, so I will only be using them with my laptop. For me personally the fact that they can only pair with one device at a time is not an issue, but it may be for others who have multiple devices. There is no volume adjustment other than what is on the device they are paired with. I can say they paired easily with the laptop and the sound is decent, but I couldn't find any way to adjust the levels. As far as I can tell, what you hear is what you get. I appreciate that they come with a charging case, USB charging cable, and 3 different sets of ear caps to assure proper fit. However, I found it confusing that the online manual says there should be 4 indicator lights for the charging box which I could not locate, even with my magnifying glass. I only see 1 light when I open the case, so I don't know how to tell when the box is fully charged. There are other features that these Philips True wireless headphones (earbuds) offer but I cannot comment in regards to how well they perform, as I am not using mine with a cell phone. They are well packaged. Easy to wrap for gifting.

Very comfortable
1. I have always had trouble with any brand of earbuds. All of them cause pressure/pain in my ear canal after even 1-2 hours of wear. I can usually only use the ones that hook over my ears. This pair come with 3 size of ear pieces and the smallest is super comfortable for hours at a time. Mostly very secure also, but they have fallen out a few times. 2. In general, it's been easy to get them connected to my phone. But I have had an issue a few times without using the charging box to re-sync. I have a pair of Plantronics wireless that have always been seamless in pairing. 3. I don't love that there are no buttons. My experience with technology makes me wary of things with pure sensors. It's hard to remember how many taps/holds it takes to do different things 4. I DO NOT like that you can't control the volume from the ear pieces. 5. I DO like that you can wear only one earpiece at a time (either ear)

Great Features and Design!
These earbuds work well with any Bluetooth device I have. They are light and low profile. The touch controls work flawlessly and the auto-pause when pulling one out of your ear is brilliant. I am wishing the speaker quality was slightly better. Really enjoy using these earbuds while I workout as they stay in my ear much better than my last ones.
