Cracked within 2 weeks

Bought 2 sets, worked well until 2/10 bottles cracked. Bought glass bottles so that they can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Supposed to be heat and shock resistant. Poor quality

Great glass bottle with silicone sleeve

Our new family of 4 all love the Philips Avent Natural Newborn Glass Bottle Baby Set. Our 2 month old adapted to this glass bottle well, she can effectively use either flow nipple (flow 2 & 3), swallowing and breathing properly. With the wide soft nipple she has the ability to switch back and forth between breastfeeding and bottle feeding. The included silicone sleeve makes it easy to hold onto, even our 3 year old can help with feedings, gripping onto the silicone. My husband enjoys the quick and easy ways to clean the bottles and it's parts. I feel like these bottles are great quality and warming up a bottle of milk from the fridge is something anyone can do with ease. The one thing I do worry about is the heaviness, it might be a problem when our baby is trying to learn how to hold the bottle on her own. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Avents natural glass baby bottle set

I received the Philips Avent Natural Newborn Glass Bottle Baby Set thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so happy I did. I was a little nervous to use glass bottles incase I accidentally dropped one, but I have to admit these bottles are extremely sturdy. The glass is very thick and with the sleeve that was provided in this set I have had no close calls. The sleeve has been a hit with myself and all family members who have fed my little guy. It makes the bottle much easier to hold. The natural nipple on the bottle has made my baby eat much slower and has resulted in less spit up and less hiccups. Overall I highly recommend these bottles.

Works great and love the glass over plastic

I received this product through the Stellar product testing panel and at first wasn't sure how my baby would respond to these as she has primarily been breastfed (used bottles in the first week when I was waiting for my milk to come in, but hadn't used any since - she's 5 weeks now). I was surprised when I opened the box how substantial the bottles felt - the glass is much more durable than I was expecting. They have a good solid weight to them which makes me think it would be pretty hard to break if dropped, plus the added silicon sleeve is a nice protective layer if the bottle were to be dropped! I had only used one bottle and nipple previously so I really thought my baby wouldn't take to these nipples, but she did! She didn't have any problem drinking either - was able to stop and rest to catch her breath and didn't have any leakage, which was a big problem with the other bottles I had used previously. Overall I highly recommend these bottles. Im not big on plastics, so it's nice to know there is an option out there that provides high quality glass bottles that are safe for sterilization.

Breastfed Baby responded well to the nipple

I received the Philips Avent Natural Newborn Glass Bottle Baby Set from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My son is mostly breastfed but takes bottles throughout the week at daycare. We used the 6m+ nipple and 4oz bottles. I generally tend to favour silicong bottles over glass as I find glass is generally more heavy to hold and I worry about dropping them/breaking. However, my husband dropped the bottle once and as it had on the silicon sleeve it did not break! Our son was able to drink out of the nipple tip, and paused often as he does when breastfeeding. I found the bottles were easy to wash as well- I enjoyed that it did not have an internal gas chamber but was anti-colic. We will definitely continue using these bottles!
