Dissapointed

I ordered the plant based on previous reviews and Macy's reputation, as well as my experience as a long-time customer who has never been disappointed with Macy's products. Unfortunately, the plant arrived dead, and I am unable to return it since it is a final sale item. Attached is a photo of the plant I received. I sincerely hope the seller will show understanding and issue a refund.

Houseplant

Plant arrived in excellent packaging. I was surprised I did not realize Macy’s was handling live plants or the grower that they use but the plant looks very healthy and I am very pleased. Thank you.
