The "Caution" Label threw me off!!

This has a light minty aroma...not as minty as I would like but not crazy about the "caution" label on the back....stating that prolonged use could cause skin irritation and urinary tract infections...that's not good!! So, I'll use this very sparingly....I thought that it was more natural than other body washes but it's not!!
