Not for me

I’m glad this was a tiny sample because it was not for me. The texture is nice and smooth. No strong scent. Upon applying it seemed hydrated. However very soon my skin started to tingle. I realized this has glycolic in it- an exfoliant. Yes it says on the bottle and I should’ve been more careful! My skin is sensitive to glycolic. I would be interested in trying the water barrier version of this, or the barrier restore version.

Great cream

Oh my goodness! This really is like a “miracle “. One of the biggest things I always tell my friends or strangers I conversate with is that you have to be CONSISTENT with using this. Otherwise it’ll not give you the proper effects. You won’t get the amazing benefits. This won’t cause you to breakout. It won’t cause you to be oily. It won’t cause irritation. The consistency is amazingly light and moist. It’s shelf stable for a good while. It smells good. It works. It’s 100% effective. Love ! Also, the glass jar makes this absolutely beautiful and durable. Truly a luxury skincare.

Nice thick moisturizer

I loved Hope in a Jar when I was using it. I have super dry skin and this moisturizer was nice and thick, not watery or oily. My dry skin loved absorbing it. Perfect for younger teens or young adults. It gave my skin a nice soft glow after using.
