Not full enough, disappointed

I’m a side sleeper and my wife is a stomach sleeper. We bought 1 soft and 1 firm and both are under filled in our opinions. We traded pillows and now she uses the firm to stomach sleep and I use the soft with my old pillow to try to achieve a comfortable position on my side. Why is it so hard to get a firm down pillow nowadays? Especially at this price level.

Not the same as before

We bought our first pillows 5 years ago, we were in love, searched and searched for the right pillows and were SO thrilled we found "The One". Fast forward to Nov. 2025. Reordered the exact same ones, side sleeper etc. Pillow cover fabric is different and not in a good way, feels like plastic or something, not as full as before and my lord do our necks hurt. VERY disappointed for the price point we paid and unable to use.

Where do I start?. This is the best pillow I have ever used in my life. The price is steep but the return on your investment with getting a fantastic night of sleep without neck pain is priceless. Believe the reviews. My only concern was that it was supposed to come with a pillow protector and it did not. But I will not complain. Woke up after the first night of sleep with the pillow guy feeling ready for the world.

Best Pillows

We have had Pillow Guy pillows for the last 6 years or so until we finally needed to replace them. We tried several other name brands but they are no where near as comfortable Pillow Guy. We are so glad that you listed the pillow guy name on the old pillow tag or we would not have had a clue where these pillows came from. We love love our new pillows and our search for the perfect pillow is over! They are so comfortable. Thank you Pillow Guy!!

Down alternative pillow

I absolutely love this pillow. I’ve had it for a week and I’m no longer wake up in the middle of the night with a stiff neck. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a better night sleep.
