Macy's Stole My Money and Cancelled the Order

Made my cc payment, then placed this order. Macy's kept the payment but never applied it to my account, then cancelled the order 3x even though I sent them proof that they did in fact take the money from my bank. Customer service is overseas so no matter when you call you get a foreigner who either barely speaks english and is barely competent enough to read from a script. They cant problem solve, they cant fix anything, and they never have answers about anything. As soon as this card is paid off I am closing it, what a joke!
