Unreliable delivery

I ordered this with the expectation that it would be delivered on time. When the delivery date passed, I checked the status online and it showed it was back ordered. Since it would not arrive in time, I used the chat feature to cancel the order, and the chat operator confirmed the cancellation. The charge was reversed, and I thought all was fine. A week later, the product was shipped and my card was charged despite confirmation that my order was canceled. That is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, I had to pay shipping to return it. The item itself was fine, but delivery fulfillment was poor.
