Filty upon opening

So disappointed. I'm sponsoring a 3 year old girl for Xmas and she really wanted this so I ordered it for her. We blew it up to wrap it and it's absolutely filthy! Covered in black marks and big black spots. I don't have time to order another one from another manufacturer.
