Poorly made - large hole in back

Love the look, feel and fit of this dress! So very disappointed, after wearing once for maybe 4-5 hours I put on again and my Husband pointed out there was a huge hole in the back. It’s not about the fit, it’s large and flowy and perfect for the summer heat. Sad to say it’s so poorly made.
