Sleeves easily snag

I was so happy when I received this sweater that I ordered another one in a different color but after just a few wearings, washings (color water, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry), the sleeves in particular started snagging and fraying and in no time at all, it looked old and worn. I work in an office and I've never had this kind of issue before. I am very disappointed this purchase.

Love this sweater!

This sweater was a great buy---reasonably priced, comfortable, & stylish. I have received compliments on it every time I have worn it. I highly recommend it.
