Band size way too small

It was supposed to be a 38C. It's not just tight. It's so tight I can't even put it on. Like, maybe they sent a 28C instead. I was thinking about donating it, but that would be a sad trick to play on the discount buyer in need who buys based on printed size.

The straps are very comfortable. However, I dislike the pointed cups. I prefer a more rounded cup.

not sure why it has "waffles" across the nipples

Purchased, hoping for some support but the bra has "waffles" along horizontal line of the nipple area. I tried adjusting it over and over and something is wrong with the material or the sizing..
