The material is spandex I purchased a 3x thinking it was going to run small, could’ve easily gotten a 2 x , it’s kinda heavy but I love it

short waisted, not hip length

I was disappointed that the jacket was not as pictured. It hit at waist length and not at my hip, which is why I ordered it. It is good quality denim that is stretchy, but I will be returning it.
