3rd party seller, runs small

I use an XL but got the 2x because I figure it is better if it's loose. Wrong, the dress was so small at the bust that I had to be at least 5 inches smaller. I then went to return it at Macy's only to find out it's a third party seller and that the refund will be available up to 15 days later. I did the return on the 8th, it is now the 23rd and still no refund. Save your time and money and avoid.
