Disappointing and not worth the effort it took...

The dress looks much better online. When it arrived I thought that it was water-damaged but it was part of the design - I zoomed in on the image on the site. I decided immediately to return it, especially since it arrived with a tag on it. Returning it was much harder than purchasing it. I had 2 other items to return and was told that I had to take the dress to another cashier for that transaction. So I had to wait in line at another cashier. They tried for about 20 minutes to get the transaction right and I thought that they had but when I got home, I received 3 emails with shipping labels to use to return the item and 2 weeks after I still have not received credit for the return.. I had to call Macy's customer service and they explained what might have happened - apparently the dress is from a different vendor. Keeping my fingers crossed that I will get my refund soon. That's why this dress is getting one star.
