The Body Set includes discs that are very coarse and are meant to be used on the body only. Personal Microderm uses a patented spinning disc technology to deliver revolutionary microdermabrasion treatments and unmatched, brilliant results. The patented disc spins as it glides across the skin, providing brilliant results with each treatment. Aluminum oxide is a naturally occurring element that is extremely hard, second only to diamond. Aluminum Oxide crystals are non-airborne, hypoallergenic and antibacterial, which helps prevent any adverse reactions and reduce spreading of bacteria that may cause irritations.

Work great!

I mostly use these heavy duty disc on my thighs/lower back…along with the right moisturizer and time I've definitely noticed a reduction in cellulite.

Game Changer for Keratosis Pilaris!

For those of us out there that suffer from the endless battle of keeping KP at bay, these are a major game changer! These really help to get that extra layer of dead skin off your arms and legs that is hard to remove with basic exfoliation in the shower. This is a major cause for KP skin to be worse, and I have seen major improvement in the condition of my skin, including the scarring I have experienced on my arms from picking at the KP bumps.

Great exfoliator for whole body!

Ordered the PMD system about 10 years ago before they had the whole body disks in yellow/black - have been using these on my legs and my feet and heels - use about every 10 days - my feet look and feel great and my legs are soft. Great investment!
